We started Goddess Nights Out to honor the divine masculine - feminine, solar-lunar energies that exist in all of us & create wildly transformative spaces for BIPOC community in soul sisterhood.

About your Co Hosts

As co-founders of BAHAY BEING (a healing & wellness brand), the Y Sisters, Chretienne & Kat Yalung are Filipina Goddesses on a mission to empower visionary heart led women of color to come home (bahay in Filipino) to self. Determined to shake up the wellness industry with melanin spice, they unleash movement play, somatic mindfulness, spirituality & ancestral sensory wisdom to co-create transformative, playful & accessible healing experiences.

Collectively they’ve trained 4K+ entrepreneurs across 4 continents as Business Coaches, Educators, Managing Directors & Consultants leading separate high performing teams of 40+ in nonprofit, wellness, dance, education, social impact tech & venture philanthropy across Southern CA & the Pacific Northwest.  Intergenerational Trauma Trained & Culturally Sensitive Facilitation. Shamanic Healing, Energy Work (Holy Fire Reiki and Huna) & Somatic Mindfulness Practitioner.

We offer in person & virtual “Being Breaks” for conscious BIPOC leaders & teams as well as private Pilates, Meditation and ancient Hawaiian Huna Healing (energy healing) sessions.
